30 Minute Call Back
Our objective is to confirm each order within 30 minutes. At that time the employee's name will be confirmed or the status of the order will be discussed.

Order Status
If an order is not confirmed within the first 30 minutes, we will keep you informed of our continuing efforts, which will allow you to make other arrangements if necessary.

Extension Calls
We will contact you on the last day of each assignment to confirm completion. If appropriate, we can extend the assignment to ensure continuity of the same temporary employee.

Rates & Hiring Policy
Customized rates will be quoted as required by one of our temporary consultants. They always take into consideration the individual skill and experience level of the temporary employee. In addition, the service rates include the employee's wages, payroll taxes, Worker's Compensation, Employee Health Tax, vacation pay and statutory holiday pay. Any company that hires, either on temporary or permanent basis, an employee introduced by Personnel Opportunities Ltd. within a 12 month period, will be subject to a placement fee.

Personnel Opportunities Ltd. temp to perm policy will be negotiated directly with our client. Upon completion of the required weeks on our payroll, no further fee will be incurred by our client. In this case, our employee must have worked consecutively in the original position for which they were hired.

In the event that our client is not satisfied with the performance of any of our temporary employees, Personnel Opportunities Ltd. offers a guarantee which will be discussed in further detail at that time.
