Unless assigned specifically for the purpose, the Client shall not authorize or cause Personnel opportunities Ltd. employees to operate machinery, automobiles, trucks or other automotive equipment without first obtaining written consent from Personnel Opportunities Ltd. It is acknowledged, understood and agreed that insurance furnished by Personnel Opportunities Ltd. does not cover physical loss or damage caused by the operation of Client’s equipment, vehicles, automobiles or trucks by property damage, fire, theft, collision or public liability damage claims while a Personnel Opportunities Ltd. employee is operating the Client’s vehicle, whether owned or rented. The Client shall not entrust Personnel Opportunities Ltd. employees with unattended premises or any part thereof, handling of cash, negotiables, jewellery or any other valuables of any kind, without first obtaining written permission from Personnel Opportunities Ltd. and then only when an employee’s specific duties necessitate such activity unless assigned specifically for the aforementioned purposes by Personnel Opportunities Ltd. Under no circumstances will Personnel Opportunities Ltd. be responsible for claims made under Personnel Opportunities Ltd. fidelity bond unless such claims are reported in writing to Personnel Opportunities Ltd. by the Client within thirty (30) days after occurrence. The Client shall not advance cash or other valuables to Personnel Opportunities Ltd. employees for any reason, and the Client specifically waives any and all right to offset the amount or value of any such cash or valuables advanced against any money owed to Personnel Opportunities Ltd. Any company that hires, either on a temporary or perm basis, an employee introduced by Personnel Opportunities Ltd. within a 12-month period will be subject to a placement fee.
